　　报考条件

　　(一)具有中华人民共和国国籍;

　　(二)18周岁以上、35周岁以下(1987年2月至2005年2月期间出生)，应届硕士、博士研究生(非在职)年龄可放宽到40周岁以下(1982年2月以后出生);

　　(三)拥护中华人民共和国宪法，拥护中国共产党领导和社会主义制度;

　　(四)具有良好的政治素质和道德品行;

　　(五)具有正常履行职责的身体条件和心理素质;

　　(六)具有符合职位要求的文化程度和工作能力;

　　(七)具备省公务员主管部门规定的拟任职位所要求的其他资格条件;

　　(八)法律、法规规定的其他条件。

　　报考行政机关中行政处罚决定审核、行政复议、行政裁决、法律顾问等职位的，应当取得法律职业资格。

　　报考定向招录“服务基层项目人员”职位的，须是经我省统一组织选拔、服务期满、考核称职(合格)的大学生村官和“三支一扶”计划、“农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位计划”、“大学生志愿服务西部计划”人员，服现役满5年的高校毕业生退役军人，以及中央和外省组织选拔、服务期满、考核称职(合格)的安徽籍“服务基层项目人员”。退役士兵和艰苦边远地区县乡事业编制人员可以报考艰苦边远地区县乡机关面向“服务基层项目人员”职位(其中艰苦边远地区县乡事业编制人员限报本县此类职位，且须在本地事业单位工作满3年)。

　　招考职位明确要求有基层工作经历的，报考者必须具备相应的基层工作经历。基层工作经历，是指在县(市、区、旗)、乡(镇、街道)党政机关(含参照公务员法管理的事业单位)，村(社区)党组织或者村(居)委会，以及各类企业、事业单位(参照公务员法管理的事业单位不在此列)工作过。在军队团和相当团以下单位工作的经历，退役士兵在军队服现役经历，可视同为基层工作经历。直辖市区(县)机关工作经历视同为基层工作经历。基层工作经历起始时间按人社厅发〔2010〕59号文件计算，截止时间为2023年7月。因工作单位变化中断的时间可以累计。
